Chef Vitaly Paley and the team at Imperial – like most of Portland – love brunch. Situated in the heart of Downtown Portland, Imperial provides an accessible, festive location to celebrate the Easter holiday with loved ones and friends on Sunday, March 31st. A full brunch menu and special brunch cocktails, by Bar Manager Brandon Wise, will be served from 8am-2pm. The menu will feature favorites from Chef Paley and Executive Chef Ben Bettinger such as Fry-Bread, House Chorizo And Soft Scrambled Eggs, Semolina Corn Cake, Poached Eggs And House Smoked Bacon, Maple Syrup, Imperial Barrel-Aged Hot Sauce and Warm House Ricotta, Grilled Pears, Local Honey.
Pastry Chef Michelle Vernier continues to show her skill for creating house-made breads, pastries and desserts that are unique spins on classic favorites. From Brown Butter Beignets and Cinnamon Rolls in the morning, to Parker Rolls in the evening, everything of the sweet and yeasty variety is made from scratch at Imperial.
To mark the occasion, the restaurant is offering complimentary Imperial Peychaud’s Mimosas for the table for parties of four or more. Brandon Wise will be behind the bar mixing signature drinks like the Chef’s Breakfast: Bacardi 8 year, Becherovka, lime, falernum, honey ($8).
