Sweet and Sour: The Rhubies & Gold Cocktail

  • 2 oz Rhuby rhubarb liqueur
  • 2 oz Woodford Reserve
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz vanilla simple syrup
  • red currants, for garnish

Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over one large ice cube into a rocks glass. Garnish with red currants or as desired.

Hailing from Aker Styckebruk, Sweden, Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur is naturally produced from locally-grown rhubarb, sugar, vanilla and organic wheat vodka. Both the nose and palate are pleasantly tart, with bittersweet notes of rhubarb. A touch of Bourbon bean vanilla lends depth and complexity.
