When planning your dessert menu especially after a tapas party, it can be difficult to find that perfect drink or dessert to conclude your meal. In appreciation for #NationalSmoresDay, we chose to combine the classic enjoyment of a sweet and sticky S’more and two high quality spirits into one deliciously sweet cocktail. Here’s how it’s done.
S’mores Martini Recipe
Cocktail Ingredients:
- 1 oz Cinnamon-Vanilla infused Azzurre vodka
- 1 ounce Drambuie Liqueur
- 1 ounce chocolate liqueur
- Dash of chocolate bitters
- 2 ounces fat free half and half
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 toasted marshmallow, for garnish (optional)
Rim Ingredients:
- 50:50 fat free half and half, marshmallow creme, blended
- Crushed graham cracker crumbs
- Dark cocoa powder
Directions:
Coat the rim of a martini glass with half and half/marshmallow mixture. Dip the edge into crushed graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder on the marshmallow cream. Lightly toast the marshmallow rim with a barbecue grill or creme brulee torch.
Pour the vodka, Drambuie, chocolate liqueur, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake until frothy. Strain into the martini glass. Rinse the shaker and refill with ice. Add the half and half and agave syrup, and shake vigorously (without) until slightly thick. Spoon the creamy mixture over the cocktail as a light froth.
Garnish with a toasted marshmallow. Enjoy your s’mores martini responsibly!
