Champagne Julep from The Stanton Social
In a champagne flute, add 1/4 oz fino sherry, 1/4 oz simple syrup and a generous splash of peach schnapps. Add three shredded mint leaves and 3 dashes of pimento bitters. Fill the flute with crushed ice and top with Cava and stir gently. Garnish with a caramelized lime chip and enjoy!
