Created in the 1920’s at the Buck’s Club in London, the Buck’s Fizz is a distant cousin to the mimosa. It can be made with a touch of gin, to add that extra kick, and either grenadine or cherry liqueur for color.

- Splash of gin
- Splash of Cherry Liqueur
