Cinnamon Vanilla Infused Vodka Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Azzurre gluten free vodka
- 9 cinnamon sticks (high quality is best!)
- 3 vanilla beans, washed and cut lengthwise
To make the cinnamon-vanilla vodka:
Pour out about 1/4 oz of the vodka to make room-make a martini! Add the cinnamon sticks and vanilla, recap the bottle, and store in a cool, dark place. Shake the bottle 3 to 5 times a day, for 1 week. Check the taste-if it’s to your liking, it’s ready. Strain well through a cheesecloth or fine strainer; discard the cinnamon sticks, and reserve the vanilla beans for a later use. The infused vodka will last for at least 3 mos.
