Chamomile has been used for centuries to help with sleep and stress. As tea, it can calm an upset stomach or to help with sleep. Marilyn Torres of Forkful.net likes to drink kiwi lime tea with ginger before bed. Ginger is a natural digestive aid, and can help soothe nerves and warm the body. “Naturally sweet teas like the kiwi-lime or an orange blossom tea makes me feel like I’m already having dessert, which makes me less likely to pillage the pantry for empty calories,” says Marilyn.
