St. Patrick’s Day is an excellent excuse to party with friends, and have a little fun before spring has officially sprung. Skip the green beer and go for some tasty Irish-themed cocktails from Azzurre Spirits. Erin Go Braugh!
- 5 oz Azzurre Vodka
- .5 oz Elderflower syrup
- 2 oz organic cucumber, peeled and sliced
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- Dry lemon soda (or seltzer)
- Garnish: Mint, cucumber slices and lemon peel
- Glass: Highball
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber. Add the lemon juice, vodka, syrup, and fill with ice. Shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with lemon soda. Garnish with mint, cucumber slices and lemon peel.
- 2 oz Azzurre Vodka
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- .25 oz Fresh pineapple juice
.75 oz melon liqueur
- Garnish: pineapple slice
In a rocks glass, combine all ingredients and lightly muddle basil leaves. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
The Leprochaun’s Bog
- 5 oz Azzurre Vodka
- .5 oz Orange liqueur
- .25 oz fresh lime juice
- .25 oz cranberry juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 2 oz Azzurre Vodka
- 1 oz Melon liqueur
- Champagne or sparkling wine
Combine vodka and liqueur in a chilled champagne flute, stir. Top with champagne.
- 2 oz. Azzurre Vodka
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- 3 oz. ginger beer
- Garnish: lime, mint and candied ginger
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a mule mug filled with crushed ice; garnish.
